The Black and White Pants

As a lover of all things black and white I was super excited to find these pants.  I've been wanting a pair like these but I never found the right one (within my price range).  If you're like me I would say to hurry and go check out your local h&m in the divided section for these awesome pants.  Played around with the effects a bit and thought the shadows kinda fit the outfit, don't you think?

On another note, this is what I wore to the CollegeFashionista x NYU's Fashion Business Association where I got to see Jennifer Fisher, Jessica Teves, Eva Chen, and Colleen Call, who gave us all amazing advice.  It's hard enough trying to get a foot in the fashion industry so hearing about their experiences and learning from them was definitely a huge motivator to keep going. 

First Days

I remember all of or most of my first days of school.  Today was just another one of those days and I guess after so many "first days" I'm sort of used to it all now.  No more nervous breakdowns the night before or anything of that sort.  I'd say its an accomplishment.  Just an outfit from last week that I haven't gotten around to posting.  Kept it plain and simple, perfect for the weather we've been having here in New York. 

A New Place

The only decent picture of my outfit from yesterday's excursions.  Decided to explore Williamsburg with a few friends in search for some thrift finds.  At the end of the day I didn't find anything but saw a little glimpse of what it's like in another borough other than Queens or Manhattan.  Brooklyn, you're not so bad after all.
